Our Founder and Vision

Our company is led by Emir Ganibegović, an experienced sales and business development expert who has worked with the world's largest brands throughout his career. Born in 1973. in Gradačac, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Emir is Bachelor of Economics who built his business career in the positions of Sales Representative and National Sales Manager for: Kraft Jacobs Suchard (Milka, Toblerone, Jacobs coffee), Varta, General Electric, Procter & Gamble, Hugo Boss, Max Factor, Gucci, Rochas, and MARS Corp. for the area of ​​Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Albania.

Through these global corporations engagement, he gained knowledge, experience and sales expertise at a enviable level. Today, he transfers his own knowledge and experience to sales professionals and companies - helping them achieve exceptional results. His vision is clear and powerful: To improve sales and life skills through applicable, realistic and proven effective methods - that bring extraordinary results.

Our Expertise

During his career, Emir has completed a number of prestigious Sales trainings organized by companies such as: Procter & Gamble, MARS Corp., Gucci/Rochas and Kraft Jacobs Suchard. Since 2017, through his own company, he has focused on sales consulting and trainings for sales representatives of regional companies, helping them to develop their own business to the EU and Western Balkan markets. He also actively represents domestic brands and supports them in entering into foreign markets.
