Sales theory and practice are studied in joint meetings and are created according to the industry segment (Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Pharma channel, HORECA, Gas station channels...)

Sales scenario simulations: Through realistic simulations, employees have the opportunity to apply learned strategies in a controlled environment, receive feedback and refine their approaches.

Case studies: Analysis of real business situations allows employees to learn from practical examples how to solve complex sales challenges.

Interactive workshops: Workshops allow employees to work in groups, exchange ideas and develop team spirit - while acquiring key sales skills.
